I grew up in Utah and have always loved being active and the outdoors. In my free time, you can find me rock climbing, mountain biking, or learning how to ride my dirt bike.
Growing up, I played soccer and started running for my track team in Jr. High. In high school, I won two state championships in the long jump and received a scholarship to run the 100 and 200 meter dash on Utah State University’s Division I track and field team. While in college, I found my love for nutrition and exercise and decided I wanted to become a Dietitian. After graduating with my Registered Dietician degree, I focused my nutrition knowledge on helping people reach their health goals. Over the course of my career, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose body fat and change their lifestyle permanently.
I’m comfortable working with clients who have Type II Diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, and other health conditions. My approach is to teach people how to eat, achieve a healthy body fat percentage, and be able to maintain their results after they have reached their goal.
